If an application is doing something incorrectly then it is the application
that needs fixing not the OS.
Just because something is being uncovered as not been compliant or causing
issues does not mean you change the OS to that incorrect behaviour.
Of course if the OS is faulty then a fix should be requested and the best place
for that is the ROOL forums.
As to IcnClopbrd then Steve Fryatt may best to comment on how it works and if
it is a suitable model.
