If you use separate devices, then I can't really support them, as they
are likely not supplied by us. Annecodotal experience is that some are
better than others, and sometimes using a separate powered hub helps.
Again for the sake of clarity: Are you saying you can't support *wired* USB
mice, etc? I trust not. Particularly as I'm using one you sold to me with
the ARMX6 and Linux box I've been referring to. (Which differs from the
mouse, etc, used on my other systems.)
I have tried other ports, but none seemed to cure this problem. It doesn't
happen most times I start up the system, but it happens moderately often. I
'solve' it each time by the means I outlined. So it is an irritant not a
disaster. I've tended to assume the system(s) were confused by odd
behaviour from ye olde STL adaptor which adds a phantom mouse. But the
Linux box also shows the problem.
