Is this FP version generally available? I found a link to version
svn-20120914-1 at http://www.riscos.info/packages/AudioDetails.html
but don't think that is what you mean as it is from 2012.

I believe it is from Chris Gransden, but perhaps only on request?

Looks like new versions released by Chris here:

Bryan.

It requires v.1.13 of the SharedUnixLibrary which isn't in the version of
ROS 5.21 (02-Feb-15) that came with my ARMX6 - has v1.12 been replaced by
1.13 in the recent test rom for ARMX6? Will it be OK to replace it with
v1.13 in the original one? It's the last zip file on this page:

Note that SharedUnixLibrary isn't part of the ROM - it is soft-loaded
from !System as it is a 3rd Party item (from GCC developers).

I'd recommend the use of 1.13+ if you have it, but there have been
political issues about releasing 1.13 for a *long* time. I've made
repeated requests to release to the GCC folks as all our users would
benefit, but it seems like no-one wants to give a formal blessing to
1.13. That said, the GCC release mentioned above does seem to be
heading towards "proper release" status, and the ROOL forums suggest
that 1.13-1 may, finally, be given a formal head-nod.

All of that will mean that I'll finally be able to ship VFP-enabled
software, which will mean speed-ups and improvements for a number of
tasks. For example, converting audio with MusicMan is *much* faster
using VFP, and allows higher quality conversion, too.

Apparently PDF viewing can be nearly twice as fast with VFP enabled,
too, which should be a nice bonus.

Kind wishes,

Andrew
