Hi Mark,

I had similar, but not the same, problems last year, with OSX 10.6.6, and had a
lot of help from Graeme (around Feb 8, 2011).
"i think I've fixed it now. Found info on X-Rite site, about Difficulty
connecting X-Rite hardware to third-party software and turning OFF i1Pro in
X-Rite Device Services Preference Pane.

Any way to override this, so you don't have to keep switching on/off?

Phil Cruse"

May not like having i1 running with Argyll and X-Rite software at the same time.

Good luck,
Phil
