[argyllcms] Eye-One problem

Hello @all,
since yesterday I have a problem with Eye-One on Argyll. I use chartread -v
-c1 target.ti1 output.ti3. After reading the first row I get the following
message:
"Strip failed due to missread(Dark calibration is inconsistent)
Hit Esc to give up, and any other key to retry: "
I runned the i1-Diagnostics without any errors. Xrite ColorPort also
performed well.
Any ideas or similar expiriences?
