I've got the Spyder II and the DTP-94 and they often come up with pretty different results. Is there any consensus on which is the better colorimeter and why?
I've not actually played with a Spyder II, although I've read some reviews that were quite favourable as to its quality and accuracy when compared to other instruments. On the other hand, I've had feedback from people who have looked into the DTP-94 in some detail, and they suggest that it is an extremely well built, long term stable device. So if I had to choose I would go for the DTP-94, although I can't point to any objective reason to do so. Graeme Gill.
