Well, some academics managed to locate a FUNCTIONING tetrachromat.
I guess that may be humbling for those on list, who believe they are good
at distinguishing hues :)

I guess you're right. In particular a tetrachromat human female will
perceive a different world from a run of the mill trichromat male ...
