Yes, You've got the perceptual intent mapped image. It looks insipid but reasonable correct. It's like a print on a plain paper with a weak inks but with perceptual intent color management. I suppose, the result is correct. The image looks better with applying the embedded profile than with sRGB profile on my CM system. It seems to me, You have trouble with the display. It have extremely low gamut volume. As I check, Your display have gamut only 338k cubic colorspace units. For example, my rather poor laptop display have 465k cubic units gamut. You have to use the native white point and native or true-hardware regulated brightness to achieve maximum gamut. In any case You can't use such weak by its colors display with the other displays simultaneously in Your sight.
