tried to set it to 4000 and it doesn't change it.

the WriteMem in 419 gets a PendingAck in 420 but it doesn't get managed
so the when the complete ack for the 419 get sent it get mismanaged.
I can attach a new run with the all:3 log from aravis as well to compare.
