[aptaoncology] Osteomyelitis of mandible, severe trismus

I have a potential referral for pt post-radiation developed osteomyelitis and 
severe trismus. 

Does anyone have treatment guidelines and ideas that they can share, research 
to support if you have it, and precautions.
