I concur that you must work very carefully with h/o osteo. Many patients get
hyperbaric oxygen treatment to assist healing of the jaw post radiation.

If you think you will need to mobilize the lower jaw or even consider use of a
Therabite, Orastretch, Dynasplint, touch base the oncology dentist on stability
of the lower jaw. Also try to get into the medial pterygoid along the inside
the lower jaw. I think that it is responsible for some the trismus along with
the TMJ capsule.
