[angelscript] AS 2.2.0 WIP 4 + new sample

I forgot to mention that the new release also adds a new sample application.
This sample shows how to execute long running scripts in short steps that allow
the application to call other scripts in response to user inputs without having
to wait for the long running script to finish first. You'll find the new sample
in samples/events.
