Here is the deal
If your running DS9 In a compatibility mode it will not show all the preview
Icons.
If you change it to Windows 7 the icon previews will be seen.
You can select the compatibility by right clicking on the Icon that you open
DS9 with and choose properties and then the compatibility tab set it for Win7
and you will then see the preview Icons.
