At the bottom of the "open" window there is a drop-down menu labelled "file of
type". If graphics have not yet been saved as a design file, they will only
show up if you select "All Graphics" in this menu. I thought I'd lost all my
graphic stuff and felt really stupid when this was pointed out to me.
