Hi, Thanks for the response, but that's what I'm doing! In some folders, I can
see a couple previews, but the majority of the files just show a "blank white
page" icon!
I'll send you a couple photos of my computer screen to your email address.
It is driving me crazy trying to figure out why some files show previews and
others don't!
