that's a great idea Evelyn....pinning to the stabilizer instead of trying to hoop it! Gives me an idea on some special fabric I've done that gets horrible hoop burn-a very rich plush velvet for Masonic aprons....your trick will really avoid smushing down that high pile! Roland
