Just wanted to see if a tech could confirm or deny that if your Amaya XT isn't 
cutting all trims, causing needles to break and garments to tear from jagged 
broken needle, you can hold down the up arrow and left arrow at the same time 
and this should reset your trimmer?  THANKS!!  Debbie in Indiana
