Hi Rod,
Its an Amaya XT we bought new last Fall - it has hardly any wear on it as we're 
trying to get the business up and going there are weeks at a time with no use.
The design was supplied by our client and I've done 16 caps of the same design 
over the past couple of days.  Then I put this cap on same as every other one 
that worked, but this time it immediately came up with the Y error even before 
one stitch, stitched.
