Are you moving the design off center in the hoop? Have you tried a " Force Download " by going into Tools, Options, Ethernet and checking the force download and then maybe shut everything down, load a couple of different designs , then back to the original design? Sometimes if the machine makes any move too far and/or too fast it will trigger an X or Y Axis tracking error or if the panograph gets into a bind an X,Y or Z axis error may be triggered. Check for any binding in the hoop and panograph setup. How are the Y axis rails and guide blocks? Put 5 or 6 drops of oil in each of the oiling ports for the Y rail guide blocks. The Y rails are the long silver rods under the plastic covers that go through their respective guide blocks. If the machine is dragging or binding on these .....well....anyway, as a process of elimination, I would give them a drink of good old 100 proof oil. And, as long as you have the oil bottle in your hand...do the reciprocator and the needle bars and the rotary hook and....and.....don't wait for the timers to tell you when to lubricate your machine....there are too many varibles in play to trust the timers for the lubrication process...they are merely guidelines to go by and cannot take into account temperature, humid conditions, over usage of specific needle bars such as blackand white and our favorite position on the thread pallette for those and other colors......etc....
