Now about that clicking, this may be your problem. If the clicking has been going on for a while, the threadfeed drive gear has probably broken. This is a small white nylow gear that drives the threadfeed rollers. To check to see if it is broken, move the needlecase to needle #1 and remove the right side cover . There are two covers that make up a right and left side that split in the middle. There are two long screws on the right side and one shorter screw on the left cover that holds the covers together in the back. You only need to remove the right side cover. The gear will be very visible. Push in the E-stop and raise the pinch roller on the number one threadfeed roller. Check around the hub area of the gear to see if it is fractured by using a small screw driver to turn the gear from the side of it. If it is fractured or broken, it needs to be replaced.
