Hi Anand
I ran into that one time and ended up taking the bill or snout holder
off the frames. They would hit the cast aluminum part of the machine and
stall the travel. Since then I have not put that holder back on the
frames and have had no problems.

When I trace the design I get x motor tracking error and the machine
frezees.
The design is well within the hoop limits
