I wrap them so when hooped the wrap is on the outside of the garment. Another reason for wraping is to help with hoop burn and that obviously wouldn't do much good on the inside :)

I'm new to the industry and just got our Amaya. I know you can wrap the
larger hoops to help with the fabric slipping.  Is it better to wrap the
outer or inner hoop?  Thanks.
