Question: When reinstalling the software, do you just install it or do you have
to delete what you have on your computer first? I had problems with the V9, so
I went back to V7. I am sure there are more updates since I tried last.
Seems like V9 kept shutting down my computer.
Please let me know if I should install the latest.
