I believe that the $400 is the upgrade price from Drawings 2 to X3.
Otherwise it's more for the full version. The security dongle comes
with the full price version, not the upgrade so be careful and make sure
you're getting everything you need to run the program. =20
As for which is better. I used to do desktop publishing so I prefer
Corel. I have to many problems with DS that just boil down to me not
being familiar with the software. If you are learning from scratch I
would go with DS rather then trying to learn both programs.
