I would replace all 16 roller assemblies and start out fresh. While the rollers 
are out, use a flashlite and carefully inspect the gears down inside of the 
pockets. Make sure there is no thread buildup that would cause dragging and 
inspect these gears carefully to see if any of them are fractured around their 
hub areas. 

Set 1 and 12 roller assemblies aside...this includes the pinch roller, inner 
threadfeed roller and the faceplate cover. Use the old roller assemblies as 
spares. Your old ones are probably yellow in collor. The new ones are probably 
a white-ish color. It is best to keep everything uniform. Lubricate the new 
rollers prior to reassembly.

Let us know if the problem gets resolved with the new rollers....
