Are all your black covers seated properly.
they all interlock withthe next.
also there is a magnetic cover that you can remove behind all the threads as
they go down the face plate.
remove it and you ca remove the screws holding the cover in place. by pulling
an extended amout of thread through the needles you can tie them together and
prevent them from having to be rethreaded.
you then can pull the cover plate away far enough to get the red roller off
easily.
I would guess that it is the black covers not the wheels though.
