Give Melco a call and let them walk you thru a few items. It may be that you 
have a loose connector, loose cable, cable not plugged in or not making full 
contact, etc.....

Be cafeful turning the tube on the thread break sensor. There is a very small 
rubber ball on each end of the inside of the tube that sits in a small pocket. 
If you spin this tube, you run the risk of dislodging the rubber ball with 
possible malfuntion of the sensor resulting
