Just as information to all of you, if you call Melco regarding a tech, Melco now becomes the dispatcher and will charge you for the dispatch at the rate of $115 an hour plus travel. Travel depends on the zone you live in. Melco then pays the tech a portion of that fee. If you contact your tech directly, you will probably be charged less.
