[amayausers] Small Lettering on a Hat

Dear List,
We have a friend and a customer who has started a new business and came
to us for hats, jackets and shirts. The shirts have worked out fine but
he wants to use an unstructured hat with a short crown to put his logo
on. The problem is that the logo has the company name in a circle that
is 1.5 inch height. We have worked with the logo over and over (about
10 stitchouts), we have tried to convience him that the lettering is
terrible. We tried to get him to eliminate the lettering or just use
the words without the logo. He thinks the stitch out is fine but I
don't like sending out this quality. Can anyone take a look at the
design and suggest what I might be able to do to get the lettering to
