Will anything appear on the screen? If you get to the Windows logo, try booting
in "safe mode" (usually tapping F8 while it boots up will put you there)

Today after rebooting the computer
I can't get the OS to open up. We always have this problem so I leave the
machines and the PC on 24 hrs a day. Most times if I click it about a dozen
times I get results but not today.
Any suggestions?
