This site is not a Melco site Lora. It is a group started by ones who own
an Amaya so they could share information. Melco does not monitor the
site---it is ours to discuss issues or help each other through challenges we
might have. It has been a wonderful source and wealth of information for
many of us. We did discuss the group amongst us in our training class
however--it just was not brought to our attention by the trainers. I'm not
even sure they all are aware of the group.

I think Melco should give this users group address to everyone who attends
any training for the Amayas. Give them the choice of contacting to be added
or not. I don't know what happens to the people who are there and are not
told about this wealth of information opportunity! I know it saves time and
money when ideas are shared!

I am the one that handles this. I currently cannot log in to make any
changes. I have tried to contact the people that set up the group and
cannot get a response from them. I just sent another e-mail to them and
will continue to persue this problem and keep you updated.
