Thanks to all for the replies! Sorry I didn't say so sooner. For some reason, I
did not get any email notifications that anyone had replied! I will try running
faster and see if I have less issues. Rod or Sharon I try to run the presser
foot as low as possible. The caps I was having the most issues with were Adams
and even though they were a structured cap, the cap fabric was really soft. The
small letters wanted to sink into the caps.
