Well,
I don't have a style number but in their line I do not see anything that would
be a red flag. Double check the rail that is mounted to the machine and ensure
it is pushed back to the stop. I have had one of mine loosen up a bit and move
forward, causing the cap to try to be pushed off the frame. When I set the cap
up on the frame for the first time I like to just hook the band, with out
closing the latch, then adjust the tension on the strap by loosening the wing
nuts and push the strap back towards them. Once it is set I tighten the wing
nuts. This never changes as long as I stay with the same style cap.
Make a video of how you are doing it and post it to u-tube.....
