It may be that the cutter blade on the EMT 16 rotary hook has either come loose
or is fractured/broken. I would give Melco a call about this one as I believe
you are still under warranty.
Judy....The trimmer on the new EMT 16's are a totally different animal than
what was in the XT or STS series machines. The cutter blade is now an integral
part of the rotary hook and does not function at all like the older
knife/selector models did.... ;-)
