We are getting organized and working on improving our processes. We do
embroidery in-house and sub out screen printing. We have created an approval
form where it time stamps and dates the customers' electronic signatures upon
approval of the graphics, colors, etc with the dimensions and details
specified. We have a very short disclaimer above the signature line but I feel
like we need more to "cover" us. I'm considering adding a 2nd page with more
"terms". I would like the customer to agree to our general terms and conditions
that is listed on our website as well. However, I'm not sure how to have them
agree to all of our policies without making the approval document extremely
lengthy. Can you legally provide a hyperlink from such a form to a website page
with terms and conditions and have them agree to them via electronic signature
on a pdf?
How does your business get customers to agree to terms/policies/artwork and
such?
