[amayausers] Need help on brand name

I have a customer who came to me wanting a patch done with the New Japan Pro
Wrestling logo. It is clearly a brand. How does one go about getting
permission for me to digitize it and who should do it?
He only wants one, and is probably totally unaware of copyright laws.
