Steve, We have customers using the following setups. The ISA card with 98 and before. The PCI card with 2000/XP. The reason service would have asked for the dongle number, is early versions of Designshop are not capable of being used with the PCI card, and newer versions of Designshop cannot be used with Windows 98 and before. Hope this helps. David Anderson Keband Australasia Pty. Ltd. 18 Daphne Cres, Hurstbridge. Melco service won't answer my question without the dongle serial number. (I don't know what that has to do with it.) _________________________________________________________________ Enter the Windows Live Mail beta sweepstakes http://www.imagine-msn.com/minisites/sweepstakes/mail/register.aspx =========================================================== The AmayaUsers Mailing List Website: http://www.amayausers.com Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list =========================================================== =========================================================== The AmayaUsers Mailing List Website: http://www.amayausers.com Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list ===========================================================
