Wow, Aaron...apparently your experience with Melco software support differs
quite substantially from mine. When I read the line "Melco is always
interested in obtaining information to improve their software and
machines"...I darned near fell out of my chair!! Let me tell you why
(without getting into too much detail):

I've spoken with Melco support regarding some specific software problems on
numerous occasions (at least 4 times per problem), and not only have they
not fixed the problems (at least as far as I can tell), but I've never
gotten them to call me back about them; never received an update that I did
not initiate myself; and as far as I can tell, they don't seem to be too
concerned about errors created by their own updates, or improvements I've
suggested. And I did computer tech support/administration for years, so I
know how it goes. And when I speak with my sales rep, her answer is to talk
to the support folks! Go figure...

How does one get better support from Melco? I'd love to know!

Regards,

Jim

Anytime you have issues like these you should not only voice your opinion
here but send it to Melco dircetly so they can look at it and determine if
its a bug or not and work on a fix for the next release. Melco is always
interested in obtaining information to improve their software and machines.
Jeff Banks takes alot of what is said here and checks into it whether we
know it or not he takes great care of us but it doesn't hurt to send
directly to Melco.
