Can someone please tell me if I bought the right thing. It is an APC Battery
backup with up to 75 minute runtime. The model number is BX 900R. It has AVR
(Automatic Voltage Regulation). It says that it safeguards equipement from
damagin surges and spikes that travel along utility and phone lines. Is that
the same as a line conditioner? Please help!
