Tom,
As you look at your cap driver you will notice that the rail that you mount 
to the machine (where the thumb wheels will go) is attached to the sliding 
shaft(s) by a block in the front and one in the rear. These blocks are 
attached to this rail with 4mm socket head cap screws. Remove both screws 
from the front, and one from the rear. Then loosen the remaining screw just 
enough so you can pivot the rail slightly. Replace the old mounting screw 
from the front with you new thumb wheel. When you replace the one on the 
rear you may have to leave it loose so you can get to the 4mm screws. 
Install all 4mm screws then check to make sure everything fits squarely, 
then tighten them up. You should be good to go.
