There is a loud clicking sound as the needle case moves from one needle to the next. This has happened before (unfortunately) but my husband was the one who fixed it. Unfortunately he is in Denver at Melco for training of all places and I never paid attention to what he did to rectify the situation! I have a job I have to get out asap and was hoping someone may have the info. for the "quick fix". Barbara Avalon Embroidery
