We occasionally have the same issue and would love to hear of a fix.

Subject: gears not lining up

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and what you did to fix
it....I just turned my machine on and the gears for the thread feed are not
lining up. There is a loud clicking sound as the needle case moves from one
needle to the next. This has happened before (unfortunately) but my
husband was the one who fixed it. Unfortunately he is in Denver at Melco
for training of all places and I never paid attention to what he did to
rectify the situation! I have a job I have to get out asap and was hoping
someone may have the info. for the "quick fix".
