We run most of our hats on our Tajima 2 head. We don't have any problems with flexfits or most any other hat for that matter. If anyone is interested in contracting us to do thier hats we normally turn orders in 10-14 working days and charge .50 per thousand with a minumum of $3 per hat. Usually on high stitch counts we will discount some for example we just did some flexfits with 12k stitches for $4.50 each. We are on the west coast so that may not be ideal for everyone since its 5 days to ship back east but if your hats have been sitting there for months aready Roland and you want to get them done send them my way. We are actually looking into getting a 6 head to do caps cause we are normally behind on caps more than anything so we are going to make the plunge and go 6 heads for our caps and see if we can stay a little more caught up and get our turnaround to 5-10 days on a regular basis.
