Bid Red was sewing along and started making a chugging noise. I immediately
hit the Emergency Stop button. I had trouble getting her to work after
that--The screen came saying "Head Not Down". I saw a birdsnest which I removed
completely. The I loaded a new design. She would not trace from the
machine--Only from the computer. Now I am getting "Cutter stepper index
error--Not on index while sewing. Can anyone help please??
