I've had the same thing happen, mine is usually a trim command, I can't tell if
that is what your is by looking at the stitch view, does it show it in the
project view? If you have auto trim clicked on sometimes that adds it as a
color change, as far as I have noticed. I am careful at looking at how many
colors I have on DS then how many show up in the Amaya OS.
This is my experience, I will look forward to seeing what everyone else
comments.
