On your Settings menu in OS, there is a Tail Length setting, choices being
short, medium and long. Have you tried to change it to a long or medium
setting? Another possibility is to reduce the number of trims and cut them
later. Not a solution but at least you could get some work done.
I changed the trim knife using the direction on the computer and have had no
problems, seemed pretty straight forward. I am surprised no techs have weighed
in on this one.
