If you go into tools/maintainance/steppers there are a couple of things you can
do there. Check what trimmer type you are set for (if your machine is over a
year old most likely it should be set at 0). You can also click on the detect
trimmer button sometimes that works. Also go into the thread feed tab and see
what type of trim you are set for (normal or metallic) Try that and see if it
helps.
