I guess no techs want to help us out here? Sent multiple notes last week on
what the Amaya is not doing...with itemized 'error message' listing to
show
it isn't something we're making up!
Turned on the system again today, got Amaya OS up, with the last image
sewn
on the page...as soon as we turned on the machine itself, got the error
message that it couldn't display blah blah blah...and tried to load it
from
Design shop (which had NOT been turned on yet) and got more error
messages.
Shut down everything, and found the 'defrag' program and ran that...
in the list of Defragmentation Report- files that did not defragment'.....
found these:
2 file size 15,870kb /program files/melco embroidery systems/de...
other stuff that didn't defrag:
winnt/winnt/system 32/config/software.log
winnt/winnt/system 32/config/default.log
winnt/winnt/system 32/config/security.log
/documents and settings/sunrise/ntuser.dat...
winnt/shell Iconcache
/documents and settings/sunrise/mydocum...
/winnt/security/logs/scepol.log
So does ANYONE have any idea of what's going on? The computer running the
Amaya system is totally stand alone-no printer, no scanner, no internet
cable...nothing....
