Thank you for your comments. I think we are all feeling the same way and it is
good to hear what each of us has gone through in this Ponzi scheme. People
that take advantage of the elderly are the worst kind. It is the elderly
generation that trust people so they are a great target for crooks. My mother
is 88 years old and was counting on one of her contracts coming due this
December.
The part that even makes me the angriest is that we purchased our contracts in
2014 and 2017 when we all know these pools were had failed. I have an email
from Miles telling me how safe the pools were. I was very skeptical since this
was my entire retirement funds I put in. We had always done the specific
contracts for 1 piece of property put in our name before and had no problems.
He is the one that stated in the article in the Columbian that the pools never
recovered after 2008.
I am all in on going after the people responsible and getting our money back.
I think we do need to stick together and make this a strong case. We need to
get the best attorney possible.
I have provided all my information to Robert Kondrat with the Securities
Commission and he is interviewing me tomorrow. I know he is doing the same
with some other people. I think he will need more information from others as
this proceeds along.
Lets all stay strong and not give up. You have to fight these days or you
won’t get anything. We are all strong and good honest Christian people that
will not be stepped on. I wish I could attend meetings but don’t live in
Oregon any more.
Thanks. Belinda Franke

We totally get your anger and frustration. We are in the same boat with you and
Marilyn. What we can do is keep trying to give Ross and Maureen what they
deserve. Getting the paperwork to Robert Kondrat to build an investigation and
attending the meetings is important. We know the heartbreak and we are all
scared big time its a nightmare!
I have my bad days and I don't like them at all. What I have been trying to
focus on is 2 friends both with terminal cancer and no way out....how they
would be relieved to have our problems.
I'm going to do anything possible to stay on top of this and help who ever I
can thru this nightmare. Hopefully Ross and Maureen will get what they deserve
if all of us do what we need to do when asked for the dreaded paperwork that
brings back our stupidity in trusting in these crooks. I would love to know
someday they are living a nightmare along with us but at least we all have
eachother and know we are good people....they are not! We will survive this! We
have our health and no one is investigating us that does not want to find the
truth.
Don't let this make you sick and stressed out. Do whatever necessary to relieve
the stress for you both.
Music...dance...fun stuff!
Bob and I always here for you ❤️

I had 3 contracts go bad and they bought me out of 2 of them, thought the

pools! Shame on me!!

Once we all who invested in individual contracts got into pools, we never knew

this up to keep us, like mushrooms, in the dark. This didn't just happen in

admit, at this moment. Yes, I am agree! :-(

As luck would have it, with only two weeks remaining in a car accident
settlement now the offender’s insurance company wants more documentation. I’m
trying to pull a lot of numbers over a long period just now, but I think the
end is on sight.
I’m leaving for the family farm I inherited in North Dakota on the 5th of
August and everything needs to be done well ahead of that. I apologize for the
delay.

No I was not aware of that.
I got in!
I see several court docs from Hamstreet attorney and Trey's attorney Tim Dack.
Looks like court date is August 2 at 9am with judge Gregerson.
We will be there!

I have not heard anything yet from my attorney, Tim Dack. He was out last week
on vacation and likely is buried today. I sent him an email requesting
specific information (hearing dates and times on our objections, etc). If I
don't hear back soon I am going to call the court. I have requested that Tim
email me a copy of any written response from Miller Nash to our objection to
the compensation request and our objection to the Receiver's request to sell
property without further notice and hearing. Once I get these, I will scan
and email them out to the list.

Do you know the exact date, time and how to find the court date for next week?
Should we be present?
Can we do anything to help?

Tim has filed 2 formal objections on behalf of my mother and I. The first
objection is to the compensation request, the second objection is to the
Receiver's request for authority to sell property without further court

objection to the compensation request. I will post an update by Monday if not
sooner.

Is there also a hearing on court approval for Hamstreet to be paid their
requested $173,000?
Or will this be done at same hearing next week?
Did Tim Dack file something?

Hi Pat and Bob, Trey here. The Receiver scheduled a hearing on July 26th for
the court to rule on its request for authority to sell property without further
hearings. I objected through Tim Dack on the grounds that the receivership
was started unlawfully without required investor approval per the terms of the
LLC Agreement and the Washington LLC Act, RCW 25.15. That hearing will take
place on the 26th unless the court or the Receiver moves it.
I have not been informed by Tim if the Receiver has scheduled a hearing on my
objection to compensation as Tim is on vacation this week. I will keep the
list updated about this.
