Tim has filed 2 formal objections on behalf of my mother and I. The first
objection is to the compensation request, the second objection is to the
Receiver's request for authority to sell property without further court
approval. To my knowledge the Receiver has not yet set a hearing date on our
objection to the compensation request. I will post an update by Monday if not
