Tim has filed 2 formal objections on behalf of my mother and I. The first
objection is to the compensation request, the second objection is to the
Receiver's request for authority to sell property without further court
approval. To my knowledge the Receiver has not yet set a hearing date on our
objection to the compensation request. I will post an update by Monday if
not sooner.

for the court to rule on its request for authority to sell property without
further hearings. I objected through Tim Dack on the grounds that the
receivership was started unlawfully without required investor approval per
the terms of the LLC Agreement and the Washington LLC Act, RCW 25.15. That
hearing will take place on the 26th unless the court or the Receiver moves
it.
I have not been informed by Tim if the Receiver has scheduled a hearing on
my objection to compensation as Tim is on vacation this week. I will keep
the list updated about this.
